Company Formation and President Appointed

MIDDLETOWN, RI (February 9, 2009) – NexGen Compliance Solutions, LLC a Rhode Island based software company has been formed to provide compliance and operational solutions for the mortgage and title insurance industry. The company recently received funding from private investors and began operations in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Jeffrey C. Adam of Newport, RI was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Adam brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience to the firm. His impressive resume includes a partnership in Rooney, Plotkin & Willey, a regional CPA firm; Chief Financial Officer for American Biophysics Corporation, a high growth consumer products company; and sole proprietor and President of Adam Financial LLP, a private consulting and tax practice.

Mr. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.
